We’re hiring an experienced professional to help us originate and close vendor financing programs and transactions on a national basis. We’ll need you to work with:
Sentry’s Equipment Finance Team to establish vendor financing programs and to close equipment leasing transactions, including gathering pertinent transaction information, performing preliminary credit reviews, and preparing and presenting customer proposals;
Sentry’s management team to provide excellent customer service at all points of customer contact, internally and externally; and
Sentry’s Equipment Finance Team in regularly scheduled meetings to establish strategic objectives and initiatives, communicate/share ideas and issues, and report on progress.
You’ll report to Sentry’s Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with other members of the Equipment Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance or other business major (M.B.A. and/or J.D. is preferred) and at least five years’ experience in middle ticket leasing transactions (significant vendor finance program experience is preferred). You will need to be conversant in the basic principles of finance and also need to have:
an ability to connect well with people and an enthusiasm for making new contacts;
strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
