For our Denver corporate headquarters, we are seeking a Collections Supervisor to continue moving our organization to even larger levels!
We Ask Of You To:
Report to the Associate Director of Finance and direct the overall collection, cash application and deduction management activities for the company.
Facilitate maximum sales with minimal bad debts and ensure optimal cash flow through sound receivables management and contribute to the overall efficiency of the cash conversion cycle.
Spend 20% of your time in a people leadership function that includes managing the work of 4-nonexempt employees, their development, guidance, and performance management.
Spend 20% of your time responsible for accounts receivable – managing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities for the A/R function including collection, cash application, deduction management including research, resolution, and special billings.
Provide periodic reporting needs for management (20%), daily review of aging and ensuring compliance with Leprino credit policies while negotiating with customers on payment timing (20%), and setting annual A/R goals while measuring periodic performance.
Maintain collaboration with cross-functional teams from sales, legal, other finance/accounting teams, as well as Leprino manufacturing facilities.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
A Bachelor's degree OR appropriate credit management experience with college-level courses relevant to the role.
Two (2) years of Business-to-Business (B2B) collections experience.
One (1) year in a supervisory position.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in a Finance or Business discipline.
Experience in the use of large-scale ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
Four (4) years of B2B collections experience with two (2) years in a supervisory role.
