This position is responsible for all aspects of our Customer Loaner Program. Responsible for tracking all Loaners including maintenance and auditing of Loaner Report. Responsible for proactively working closely with Sales and direct contact with customers to assess status of Loaner. Responsible for driving the process to assure customer satisfaction and accurate tracking of Freedom products.
Maintain Loaner Report for tracking Loaner status.
Distribute Loaner Report as scheduled
Contact Customer for return of the Loaner
Backup Returns Administrator
Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
Experience with Great Plains experience highly desirable
Microsoft Office experience, intermediate level in Excel
