An established and growing insurance firm is seeking a driven broker to join its specialist placement team. Operating in the commercial risk space, the organisation partners with intermediaries to deliver tailored solutions for challenging and high-value exposures. With access to both local and international markets, the team is known for its technical capability, responsiveness, and collaborative culture.

Your new role
Working for a Market Leader as a Commercial Account Executive/ Commercial Broker, this role involves supporting the placement of complex commercial risks across property and liability lines. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and market partners to structure bespoke insurance programs, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing and negotiating placement submissions
• Coordinating with brokers and underwriters across multiple markets
• Managing documentation and compliance requirements
• Conducting market research to inform placement strategy
• Attending meetings and contributing to client engagement

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or account management, who is eager to progress their career further within the commercial sector

Familiarity with commercial property or liability products

Tier 1 broking qualification (or Tier 2 with pathway to Tier 1)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Professional maturity and a proactive approach

An eagerness to succeed and willingness to learn
