Senior Accountant/Client Manager in Boutique Firm with 5-year path to full equity Your new company
Located in Adelaide's western suburbs, this well-established boutique accounting firm is poised for its next chapter. With a loyal client base and a fee revenue of approximately $700k, the firm is currently supported by a close-knit team of four professionals. The Principal is seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Accountant or Client Manager to take over the reins in approximately five years. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with a clear path to equity and eventual ownership.
Your new role
You'll manage a client base valued at around $345k, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. Over the next five years, you'll gradually transition into the Principal's role, supported by a structured succession plan and a generous retention bonus program designed to reward your commitment and growth.
What you'll need to succeed

• Australian CA/CPA qualification (or similar)
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of SME clients
• Strong technical knowledge in taxation and business advisory
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in business ownership and long-term leadership
• Ability to lead and inspire a small team
